Job summary

SA Recycling LLC is seeking a CDL truck driver to move material between our scrapyard locations and customer yards. The role requires operating a semi-truck, performing safety inspections, and coordinating with offices and customers to load the correct commodities.

Candidates must have at least 3 years of CDL experience, pass a DOT physical and background checks, and be able to work independently with a strong commitment to safety and punctuality. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 years of CDL driving experience with consistent job history.
• Must pass a medical DOT physical and drug test.
• Must pass a background check, clean MVR with no recent violations and consent to Clearinghouse.
• Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload containers hauling scrap metal.
• Perform DOT daily operation and safety inspections.
• Communicate with office and customers to determine commodities to load.
• Operate semi-truck and drive to customers’ yards.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping in the yard and during operation.
