Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Ponca City is seeking a dedicated Staff Registered Nurse for night shift in Ponca City, OK. You will manage and deliver patient care using the nursing process, may float to other units, and participate in on-call status as needed.

Responsibilities include assessment, care planning, implementing and evaluating interventions, and supervising licensed and unlicensed staff. The role requires RN licensure in Oklahoma and BLS/CPR certifications, with commitment to safety and quality

Qualifications

• RN license required in Oklahoma or eNLC state
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire (Hospice may require CPR in lieu of BLS)

Responsibilities

• Assessments and re-assessments
• Development of the plan of care
• Implementation of appropriate patient care interventions
• Evaluation of patient care interventions
• Supervises and coordinates other licensed and non-licensed personnel in the provision of care
• Provides guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students

Education

Registered Nurse license (RN) in Oklahoma or compact state

BLS certification (American Red Cross/AHA) within 30 days of hire
