• Assess and reassess patient conditions and needs.
• Develop and implement the plan of care.
• Deliver appropriate nursing interventions and care.
• Evaluate effectiveness of care provided.
• Supervise other licensed and non-licensed staff as assigned.
• Provide mentorship to students and team members as appropriate.
