Job summary

Baptist Health Brookwood Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Coronary Care Unit (CCU) on a full-time night shift (7pm–7am). The RN will provide advanced patient care for patients with complex conditions, collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, and supports the hospital’s mission of quality and compassionate care.

The role requires graduation from an approved nursing program, Alabama RN licensure, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Meets all mandatory, developmental, and performance competency requirements for the unit/department.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient needs and develops an individualized plan of care.
• Evaluates patient progress toward outcomes.
• Communicates with medical staff to plan and manage care.
• Delivers nursing care ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Education
