Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Alabama RN license is required and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient needs and develops care plans.
• Evaluates patient progress toward outcomes.

• Coordinates care with medical staff and interdisciplinary team.
• Delivers care according to age-specific needs of patients.
• Maintains documentation of patient care to meet standards.
