Job summary

Arrow Senior Living in Lee's Summit, MO is seeking a Care Partner for the 7pm–7am shift. This part‑time role offers $17.50–$24.25 per hour and a home‑like environment where residents and team members are valued. Join a team that promotes from within and celebrates employee achievements.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
Ability to print documents and enter information about residents.
Active with standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, including after a fall.
Criminal background check cleared.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL).
Provide compassionate care and create a supportive environment.
Support residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care as needed.
