Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Flower Technician I for the Midnight shift (12am-8am) in Midway, FL. You will inspect incoming cannabis flower materials, perform packaging, labeling, and ensure storage conforms to brand standards.

The role requires attention to quality, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adherence to cGMP practices. Responsibilities include documenting batch data, handling materials safely, and supporting manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age 21 (18+ in CT, PA, WV).
• Successful background screening required.
• 1-3 years of related experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspections of flower and pre-roll material (moisture, texture, quality).
• Ensure proper bud size and weigh out/package flower and/or pre rolls.
• Receive raw batch items and ensure proper storage.
• Verify and document batch items; sort items by type and maintain organized storage.
• Operate packaging equipment and apply labels while maintaining cGMP standards.
• Maintain clean work areas and follow PPE requirements.
• Monitor quality/quantity and report issues to leads.
• Support additional duties as assigned by management.
