Job summary

Hutchinson Community College (HutchCC) seeks a full-time custodian to maintain campus facilities on night shift. Responsibilities include daily cleaning of buildings, dusting, restroom upkeep, window cleaning, HVAC vent cleaning, and replacing light bulbs.

Must be reliable, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and work days/evenings/weekends as needed. We offer a 40-hour work week, 12-month term, benefit eligibility, and a nonexempt, at-will employment arrangement.

Qualifications

• Custodial experience preferred.
• Must be neat and presentable.
• Available for day, evening, and weekend hours.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of buildings, dusting, and sanitation.
• Maintain interior spaces from ceiling to floor; clean light fixtures and HVAC vents.
• Assist other employees as needed.
• Work varied shifts including days/evenings/weekends.
• Adhere to HutchCC policies and procedures.
