Potbelly Sandwich Shop in Fairfax, VA is seeking a daytime Team Member to join our fast-paced, friendly team. You will open the shop, prep food, and serve customers, delivering a high-quality, consistent product in a clean and inviting environment.

Responsibilities

• Work multiple stations (load, dress, shakes, cash, prep, front).
• Comply with health and safety standards for food and cleanliness.
• Restock food line, chips and cooler.
• Prepare quality finished products (sandwiches, salads, soups, cookies, ice cream).
• If 18 or older, use of the automatic slicer to prep food items.
• Clean tables, counters, floors, bathrooms, kitchen and utensils; take out trash.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Handle customer complaints/issues.
• Take delivery/catering/pickup orders over the phone.
• Other duties as assigned.
