Job summary

Potbelly Sandwich Shop in Manassas, VA is seeking a daytime Team Member for morning shifts (8am–4pm) to join a fast-paced, friendly team. Earn $13.75–$14.25 per hour plus digital tips and enjoy a supportive work atmosphere.

You will greet customers, prepare and serve food, operate the cash register, and keep the dining area clean and welcoming. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 with a customer-first mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable in a kitchen setting; knife skills are a plus.
• Be able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Work multiple stations as directed by leadership.
• Provide fast, friendly service and handle orders.
• Restock items and maintain clean surfaces.
• Operate the cash register and balance cash handling.
• Manage customer questions and assist with deliveries.
