Job summary

Colectivo Coffee Roasters, Inc. is seeking a 3rd Shift Packer & Prep for our Troubadour Bakery operations. The role focuses on packaging bread and prepping other foods with quality and efficiency in line with our Mission and Values.

You will slice and bag bread, organize orders, prep smoothies, operate production equipment safely, and follow food safety procedures, ensuring clean and compliant work areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Ability to communicate and follow directions.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Slice bread loaves and buns.
• Package bread into bags.
• Organize orders and pack bread accordingly.
• Pack other orders as needed.
• Prep smoothies and other general prep as needed.
• Operate and maintain production machinery safely.
• Work clean while following Food Safety Procedures.
• Clean and maintain work areas, utensils, and equipment to ensure food and personal safety.
• Works in accordance with all federal, state, and local safe production facility requirements.
