Job summary

3 Saints Baking Company in Bridgeville, PA is hiring Bakery Production Line Workers / Packers to operate on the production line, pack finished bakery products into containers, label, and prepare orders for shipping as part of a fast-paced bakery manufacturing operation.

The role requires standing at a conveyor belt for long periods, attention to detail, and the ability to work Monday through Friday with shifts at 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 3:30 PM–12:00 AM. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in bakery, food production, or packaging is helpful but not required.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Able to work Monday through Friday.
• Able to work either 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 3:30 PM–12:00 AM.
• Able to stand at a conveyor belt for most of the shift.
• Able to bend, lift, and stay active.
• Attention to detail and team-oriented.
• Willingness to learn and adapt as needed.

Responsibilities

• Stand at a conveyor belt and pack products into containers.
• Inspect finished items for quality and appearance.
• Label, stack, and organize packaged goods.
• Prepare products for shipping or storage.
• Follow production schedules and supervisor directions.
• Keep the line moving safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Assist with other production or bakery duties as needed.
