Job summary

Suja Life is seeking an experienced Operator 2 to safely run equipment across Bottling, HPP, Packaging and related lines. This role requires you to manage machines such as Fillers, HPPs, Labelers, and Pack Out, ensuring materials and ingredients are ready and that safety procedures are followed.

You will collaborate with Shift Lead and other departments, maintain quality and cleanliness, and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Proven leadership and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong focus on safety and quality.
• Able to communicate effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Operate fillers, HPPs, labelers, packers, and related equipment safely.
• Ensure materials and supplies are ready for each shift.
• Coordinate with Shift Lead/Supervisor on issues.
• Adhere to SOPs, GMP, HACCP, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
• Attend to attendance and reliability.
