Job summary

Suja Life, Inc. is seeking an Operator 2 for the Bottling department to run machines safely and efficiently. The role requires coordinating with shift leads, planning daily materials, and maintaining a clean, safe work area in a fast-paced plant environment.

You’ll support HPP, labeling, packaging, and other bottling processes, with a focus on quality and on-time production while adhering to GMP and HACCP guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience working in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to work with limited supervision.
• Ability to think ahead, plan materials and coordinate with multiple teams.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality.
• Flexible to a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate all Bottling department machines safely and efficiently (Fillers, HPP’s, Labelers, Case Packers, Bundlers, Sleevers, Palletizers).
• Ensure materials, equipment, and ingredients are available for daily runs.
• Communicate issues and status to Shift Lead/Supervisor/Manager.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with SOP/SSOP/GMP/HACCP.
• Follow verbal and written safety instructions and wear required PPE.
• Maintain regular attendance and support cross-functional teams.
