Job summary

Altium Packaging in Monroe Township, New Jersey is seeking a Machine Operator to operate blow-mold, PET and injection molding equipment, grinders and conveyors. You will troubleshoot process issues and perform minor maintenance to keep the line running and ensure GMP compliance.

You will follow safety policies, document daily production and quality checks, and support continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a clean, organized work area and adhering to labeling and packaging

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include basic math and computer skills, and blow mold experience.
• Education: high school diploma or GED preferred.
• Training: Completion of Altium Production/Machine Operator training within 90 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Troubleshoot process problems and perform minor maintenance.
• Follow GMP and safety policies and wear PPE.
• Prepare daily production reports and document line efficiencies.
• Inspect bottles and ensure labeling and packaging meet requirements.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and monitor inventory.
