Job summary

Suja Life, Inc. seeks an experienced Forklift Operator for the 2nd shift at our Oceanside, CA facility. You will move pallets, operate RF Smart and NetSuite-enabled devices, and ensure safe, efficient handling of materials across HPP/Bottling and Packout areas.

The role requires a valid forklift certification, basic Excel knowledge, and the ability to work in a cold, wet manufacturing environment. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is preferred; training is provided.

Qualifications

• GED or diploma required.
• 1–2 years forklift operation experience.
• Proficient with computers and handheld devices.
• RF Smart systems experience.
• NetSuite data entry experience.
• Ability to follow company policies, guidelines, and work instructions.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Leadership training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter transfers in NetSuite or RF Smart in real time.
• Operate forklift safely in varied environments.
• Wrap pallets and document counts in real time.
• Load trailers and manage dunnage.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Adhere to SOP, SSOP, GMP, and HACCP guidelines.
