Job summary

Elanco is seeking a Fill/Finish Operations Supervisor for the Night Shift at the Elwood, Kansas facility. You will lead aseptic filling, finishing, and secondary packaging operations, ensuring safe, compliant production of sterile injectables while driving efficiency and continuous improvement.

The role requires 3+ years in a regulated GMP biomanufacturing environment and strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 3+ years in a regulated GMP biomanufacturing environment, including aseptic processing, fill/finish, formulation, or secondary packaging.
• Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment, troubleshooting, and shop floor operations in a sterile manufacturing environment.
• Ability to interpret SOPs, batch records, and manufacturing documentation with accuracy and compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily fill/finish manufacturing operations safely and efficiently, aligned with cGMP and company standards.
• Oversee aseptic filling, finishing, and secondary packaging to meet schedules and quality targets.
• Maintain shop floor presence, reinforce safety culture, troubleshoot issues, and support teams in real time.
• Ensure accurate execution and review of batch records, SOPs, and SAP production transactions.
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to resolve challenges and implement improvements.
• Support equipment troubleshooting, maintenance coordination, deviations, and root cause analysis.
• Lead, coach, and develop manufacturing personnel while fostering a collaborative team environment.
