Job summary

BioMarin is seeking an Onsite Night Shift Temporary role within its Technical Operations team in Novato, CA. The position focuses on processing knowledge, technical documentation, quality/compliance, and collaboration to support biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes and systems.

The role requires a science or engineering degree (or biotech certificate with experience), teamwork, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering or related field.
• Associate’s degree or biotech certificate with 2+ years in biotech manufacturing or regulated industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to shift-based manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Process knowledge of biopharmaceutical manufacturing including cell culture and downstream operations.
• Provide feedback and updates to SOPs and procedures; assist in adopting new technologies and standards.
• Understand and apply cGMPs; utilize Quality systems (Deviations, CAPAs, Change Requests, Action/Alert Reports).
• Contribute to projects and support manufacturing data systems (TrackWise, ERP, etc.).
