Job summary

Amgen is seeking an Associate Manufacturing - Nights to perform manufacturing operations in a 12-hour shift. You will work under SOPs, monitor critical processes, and help draft procedures. The role includes cross-functional teamwork and potential deviations management.

Amgen offers a total rewards plan with benefits; the initial onboarding is 2–6 weeks, with a rotating schedule and shift differential among the pay and benefits. This position is based on site in Rhode Island.

Qualifications

• High school/GED with 2+ years manufacturing or ops experience.
• Associates degree with 6 months manufacturing/ops experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field accepted.

Responsibilities

• Perform and monitor critical processes per SOPs.
• Draft and revise Manufacturing Procedures and technical reports.
• Troubleshoot and review documentation for assigned functions.
• Participate on cross-functional teams and represent manufacturing.
• Possibly own deviations/CAPA's and implement improvements.
