Job description

Manufacturing Associate

Duration: 12 Months

Pay Rate: $28.00/hr

Shift Schedule: 1st Shift: 6am – 3pm, 2nd Shift: 3pm – 11pm (+10% shift differential)

Responsibilities

• Process Knowledge – understanding of process theory and equipment operation, learning biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes (mammalian cell culture, depth filtration, tangential flow filtration, column chromatography, centrifugation, protein purification, formulation of bulk drug substance); support process optimization, identify process issues, assist with automation systems (che, MES, PI, etc.).
• Technical Documentation – provide feedback/suggestions to operational procedures, incorporate new technologies, write/review process documents.
• Quality and Compliance – understand cGMPs related to Commercial Operations, utilize quality systems (Deviations, CAPAs, Change Requests, Action/Alert Reports, etc.).
• Business – participate in projects, support new business systems (Track-wise, ERP, etc.), trend defined department metrics.
