Job summary

Amgen is seeking an Associate Manufacturing Night shift operator at a Rhode Island biotech facility. You will perform GMP-compliant batch operations of solutions, buffers and media, and work onsite during night shifts.

The role requires a high school diploma/GED with manufacturing experience or an advanced degree, and familiarity with purification, cell culture, aseptic techniques, plus knowledge of GMP/CFR standards. Collaboration with quality and technical teams is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years manufacturing experience.
• Associate degree with 6 months' experience or a Bachelor's in Science/Engineering.
• Familiarity with biotech processes and regulatory standards (GMP, CFR).

Responsibilities

• Execute batching and transfer processes.
• Monitor critical procedures.
• Draft and revise manufacturing documentation.
• Troubleshoot basic issues.
