Sheridan Ohio is seeking an Assistant Manufacturing Technician-Bindery (We'll Train You!) for night shift 7p–7a. This full-time role offers competitive pay, potential overtime, and a shift differential.

You will learn to operate and set up bindery equipment, monitor quality, and work with a team to meet daily production goals while following safety procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in manufacturing, warehouse, or trades.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Able to read basic instructions and measurements.
• Reliable with good teamwork and quality focus.
• Print, bindery, or finishing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate bindery equipment: cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders.
• Keep machines running by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Hit daily production goals as part of a team.
• Inspect finished products for quality.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and keep workspace clean.
