Sheridan Ohio is hiring for an Assistant Manufacturing Technician-Bindery on the night shift (7p–7a). This full-time role trains you to operate high-speed bindery equipment on a fast-paced production floor. You will learn setup, ensure quality, and contribute to a safe, organized workspace while joining a growing team.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades).
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Ability to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes).
• Take pride in doing quality work.
• Reliable and works well with a team.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.
