Sheridan Ohio is hiring for an Assistant Manufacturing Technician-Bindery on the night shift (7p–7a). We’ll train you to operate high-speed bindery equipment as part of a 6-person team. This full-time role offers overtime opportunities and a shift differential in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades).
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes).

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment.
• Keep machines running by adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work with a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products for quality.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and keep workspace clean.
