Sheridan Ohio is hiring an Assistant Manufacturing Technician‑Bindery for the night shift (7p–7a). This full‑time role trains you to operate high‑speed bindery equipment and become part of a team that produces books, catalogs, and printed materials.

Qualifications

Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades)
Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools
Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
Take pride in doing quality work
Show up reliably and work well with a team
Print, bindery, or finishing experience
Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment

Responsibilities

Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders)
Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality
Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving
Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace
