Job summary

Sheridan is hiring for a Manufacturing Associate - Finishing/Bindery on the nighttime shift (7p-7a). No bindery experience needed—we'll train you. You’ll feed books into machines, pack units, and help meet daily production goals while keeping safety and quality at the forefront.

We offer full-time, overtime opportunities and a path to grow within a print manufacturing environment. High school diploma or GED is welcomed, with on-site training provided.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with operating machinery in any industry is helpful.
• Ability to read and comprehend work orders and safety rules.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail for measurement tasks.
• Strong teamwork and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn on-the-job and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Feed books/signatures into high-speed bindery machinery.
• Pack finished books and move materials safely within the station.
• Perform hand operations as needed and assist teammates to reach daily goals.
• Inspect products to meet quality standards and maintain a clean workspace.
