Job summary

Emerald City Enhanced Services is a small 16-bed residential setting in Lakewood, WA, offering 24/7 care for adults with behavioral health challenges. As a Behavioral/Mental Health Technician (BHT/MHT), you will help residents build stability, independence, and quality of life in a home-like environment.

This night-shift, per-diem role requires NAC/HCA credentials and provides competitive pay with weekend and night differentials, plus growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Active NAC or HCA credential in Washington State.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Provide direct care and daily support to residents in a 16-bed facility.
Encourage participation in life skills, groups, and recreational activities.
Assist with activities of daily living, including meals and hygiene.
Support licensed staff in implementing individualized treatment plans.
Document resident progress and interventions.
Assist with an in-house food program and meal preparation.
