Qualifications

• Experience in behavioral/mental health, long-term care, or direct support preferred.
• Compassion, patience, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and daily support to residents in a 16-bed facility.
• Encourage participation in life skills, groups, and recreational activities.
• Assist with activities of daily living including meals, hygiene, and personal care.
• Support licensed staff in implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Accurately document resident progress and interventions.
• Assist with in-house food program and meal prep as needed.
• Support evolving workflows and adapt to program growth.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment.
