Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid and unrestricted State Driver’s License.
• Must obtain CPI certification within 90 days of hire.
• Must obtain CPR, AED, and First Aid training.
• Substance Use Division: Minimum 1 year sobriety.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to DBH policies and procedures.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient information and facility data.
• Provides patient support per the program schedule and routines.
• Assists Nursing staff with duties, e.g., vitals and searches.
• Recognizes and responds to crisis situations with interventions.
• Documents shift notes and group notes by end of shift.
• Maintains organized, safe environment and basic housekeeping.
• Reports to work on time and prepared for duties.
