Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, OH is seeking a registered nurse for 11:00pm–7:30am shifts, with every-other-weekend requirements and float responsibilities to other Behavioral Health units as directed. The role emphasizes patient safety, advocacy, and professional nursing practice.

You will provide family-centered care, collaborate with LPNs, PCAs, and allied health staff, and apply evidence-based nursing practices while maintaining Ohio RN licensure.

Competenze

• BSN or an Associate degree with commitment to obtain BSN within 5 years of hire.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Willing to obtain and maintain NRP, PALS, ACLS or APHON/certifications as determined by manager

• Provide nursing care using a Family Centered approach.
• Assess individualized patient needs and communicate with team.
• Plan, implement, educate, and evaluate care using Evidence-Based Practices.
• Utilize therapeutic communication while monitoring patient and family needs.
