Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, OH, seeks an experienced Behavioral Health RN for the evening shift (3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m.). The role is 0.6 or 0.8 FTE (24 or 32 hours weekly) with every other weekend and potential float to other Behavioral Health units as directed by leadership.

Starting pay is $36.90 per hour with a $5.00 evening shift differential and an additional $5.00 weekend differential. Candidate must hold an Ohio RN license and commit to BSN within 5 years; CPR certification

Qualifications

• BSN or Associate degree with commitment to obtain BSN within 5 years.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care using a Family Centered approach.
• Assesses patient needs and communicates care priorities to the team.
• Plans, implements, educates and evaluates care using Evidence-Based Practices.
• Documents according to organizational standards and policies.
