Job summary

Tanner, on behalf of Willowbrooke Hospital, seeks a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) for night shifts at Willowbrooke Hospital-W0001. You will supervise RNs, LPNs, and assistive personnel, assess patient needs, plan and implement care, and evaluate outcomes.

GA RN license and CPR are required; ACLS, NRP, and PALS training must be completed within stated windows. Work is 12 hours (7p–7a), three shifts per week with alternating weekends. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered for external hires.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license (or multistate license) required.
• Healthcare Provider CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire into ED/ICU/Surgery/PACU/L&D/SSU if GI call.
• NRP within 1 year of hire into Nursery and L&D.
• PALS within 1 year of hire in PACU.
• SCIPP required within 90 days of hire into Willowbrooke.

Responsibilities

• The RN performs nursing functions and supervises RNs, LPNs, and other assistive personnel.
• Assesses patient needs, plans and implements patient care, and evaluates care effectiveness.
