Qualifications

• Prior experience in a psychiatric health care facility preferred.
• CPR certification and CPI training required within 30 days of hire.
• May be required to complete vitals checks with proper credentials.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate walk‑in clients and phone callers to determine services or referrals and schedule initial psychiatric assessments.
• Answer inquiries about treatment and facility services; document calls and set appointments.
• Collaborate with business office to ensure smooth admission processes and appropriate triage.
• Provide clerical support to the Care Coordination Manager and team; data entry into the electronic record system.
