Beckett Springs, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking an Assessment Coordinator for behavioral health services. You will assess walk-in and phone callers, schedule initial psychiatric assessments, and coordinate admissions while supporting the Care Coordination team.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical assessment skills required.
• Experience in psychiatric healthcare facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess walk-in/phone callers to determine services or referrals and schedule initial psychiatric assessments.
• Answer inquiry calls regarding treatment options, document calls, and set appointments.
• Collaborate with business office to ensure efficient admissions; triage to other sources when appropriate.
• Provide clerical support to Care Coordination Manager, including data entry into the electronic record system.
• Maintain stock of forms and supplies for the Care Coordination Department.
• Check in patient belongings, process consent forms, and coordinate admission paperwork.
