Qualifications

• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, or geriatric patients preferred; strong clinical assessment skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assess walk‑in and phone callers to determine appropriate services or referrals and schedule initial psychiatric assessments.
• Answer inquiry calls regarding treatment and facility services; present treatment options and set appointments.
• Collaborate with business office staff to ensure efficient admission processes and triage patients as needed.
• Provide clerical support to the Care Coordination team and enter data into the electronic records system.
