Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred in psychology, social work, nursing, or healthcare.
• Experience in behavioral health admissions/intake is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple situations at once with a professional, empathetic communication style.

Responsabilidades

• Answer and screen referral calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Gather and document clinical and medical information for admission decisions.
• Coordinate with providers and nursing staff to ensure timely admissions.
• Communicate criteria, bed availability, and decisions to referral sources.
• Complete admission paperwork and ensure accurate data entry.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
