Coastal Pines Behavioral Health in St. Augustine, FL is launching a new flagship behavioral health hospital and seeking an Admissions/Intake RN for the night shift (3 x 12hr shifts) or day shift (Sat & Sun). The role involves admissions processing, medication reconciliation, and coordination with medical and psychiatric teams.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing is required.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with individuals in a clinical or observational capacity.

Responsibilities

• Review medical documentation and admission orders.
• Facilitate admissions and transfers.
• Perform medication reconciliation and pre-authorization tasks.
• Coordinate care with medical and psychiatric staff.
• Conduct safety checks and patient supervision as required.
