Job summary

Arcadia Beverage Co. is seeking a Batch Blending Operator Team Member in Arden, NC. You will weigh and measure bulk ingredients into tanks for blending using state-of-the-art equipment, supporting quality and consistency across products.

The role requires process accuracy, adherence to SOPs, and collaboration with supervisors and QA. Night shifts are available with a 2-2-3 rotation and competitive benefits including health, PTO, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Six months or more in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic.
• Strong reading and writing skills in English and/or Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixing equipment per established procedures.
• Complete assigned paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist with mixing and staging ingredients, ensuring accuracy.
• Ensure mixing instructions are followed from batch tickets.
• Visually inspect batch quality before lab samples.
• Follow GMPs to keep safety and sanitation standards.
• Support daily operations by following the current schedule.
• Communicate violations or concerns to leadership promptly.
