Job summary

Arcadia Beverage is seeking a Batch Blending Operator to join our Arden, NC facility. You will weigh and measure bulk ingredients for blending into large stainless-steel tanks, monitor mixing times and temps, and balance unloading with dry additions.

The role emphasizes quality and safety, following SOPs, working with supervisors and lab staff, and maintaining a clean, compliant production area.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is required.
• Attendance must be reliable; team relies on everyone being present.
• Ability to read and write in English and/or Spanish.
• Basic math and basic computer skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixing equipment per established procedures.
• Weigh and measure bulk ingredients into tanks for blending.
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely.
• Assist with mixing ingredients and staging for accuracy.
• Follow batch tickets and ensure instructions are followed.
• Visually inspect batch quality and send samples to lab.
• Maintain hygiene and follow GMPs, safety rules.
• Support daily operations per current schedule.
