Job summary

Arcadia Beverage in North Carolina seeks a Manufacturing Operator to manage bottles across the production line, inspecting, sorting, and preparing them for filling. You will monitor bottle quality, identify defects, and work with leadership to uphold safety, quality, and OEE standards throughout manufacturing.

This role requires attention to detail and teamwork. The position requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and flexibility for a 2pm–12:30am schedule with occasional

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to communicate, coach and mentor.

Responsibilities

• Safely maneuver around machinery.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Maintain OEE standards.
• Perform general cleanup and maintenance of your work area.
• Communicate operational issues with Leadership Team.
• Operate the machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
• Follow guidelines and procedures for safety and quality.
• Other duties as assigned. Ensure safety, quality and food safety by following company rules.
