Job summary

You will review charts and micrometers, adjust clamps and temperatures, perform routine maintenance, and document activities. The role requires 1–2 years of experience and a High School Diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years welding or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read charts and micrometers.
• Accurate in decimal-number measurement and precision work.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and maintain band weld lines and grinders.
• Adjust clamps, temperatures, and cycle times for blade welds.
• Inspect weld quality and tooth spacing; document maintenance.
• Perform daily to monthly machine maintenance and clean equipment.
• Follow safety rules and work on wide-width band weld line.
