• Hang, weld, and inspect parts on the production line to keep things moving safely and on track
• Operate weld cells and hand tools safely, using proper PPE like arm guards, face shields, and Kevlar aprons
• Maintain a clean work area following 5S standards and support continuous improvement efforts

Experience & Requirements

• Steel-toed/safety shoes are required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with strong manual dexterity
• Ability to read and follow written instructions, including ISO work procedures
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs for a minimum of eight hours daily
• Strong communication, teamwork, and basic troubleshooting skills; prior fabrication or light industrial experience is a plus
