Job summary

Henri’s Bakery and Deli has been an Atlanta institution for over 90 years. We are looking for an energetic production associate to join our night crew and help finish French pastries, set up products, and support the baking team.

You will work with the PM production team from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., assisting in the production process, maintaining clean work areas, and supporting packaging for distribution while flexing to weekend and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a bakery setting or equivalent education is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow recipes and production schedules.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays, and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with production and baking process from start to finish for cookies, croissants, Danish, breads, etc.
• Finish French pastries for our retail locations.
• Maintain a clean workstation, cooler and freezer organization.
• Assist packaging team to ensure finished goods are organized for distribution.
• Support leadership in maintaining production processes.
