Job summary

Buehler is seeking a Full-time hourly Production Clerk for the Bakery Department's Manufacturing Section. You will assist Production Bakers with preparing merchandise for sale and handle tasks from receiving to packing baked goods. The role requires physical stamina and reliability.

Responsibilities include scaling, mixing, frying, wrapping and slicing, with duties expanding to other related baking functions as needed to support daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Scratch bakery production experience preferred but not required.
• Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be available to work 35+ hours per week, including nights and weekends.

BAKERY PRODUCTION:

Full-time hourly Production Clerk working in the Bakery Department's Manufacturing Section and responsible for assisting the Production Bakers in the preparation of merchandise for sale.This person's primary duties include receiving, shipping, scaling, mixing, frying, finishing, wrapping, packing, slicing, and performing other general or more specialized baking functions.Secondary duties assume related activities as required or assigned.

1. Availability: Must be available to be scheduled 35+hrs a week, including nights and weekends, based on department needs.
2. Previous Work Experience: Experience with scratch bakery production requirements and equipment preferred, but not required.
3. Physical Demands: Repetitive lifting to 50#; occasional lifting to 70#.
