Job summary

Parfait Paris is seeking a Night Packer to join our overnight bakery production team in San Diego. This part-time role focuses on preparing and organizing fresh pastries, desserts, and bakery products for daily delivery to our retail locations.

You will pack pastries and desserts, label and organize products, verify counts, and maintain a clean packing area while following food safety standards. The position requires reliability, punctuality, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Ability to work overnight shifts (1:00 AM – 5:00 AM).
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Food handling experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pack pastries, desserts, viennoiseries, and bakery products carefully and efficiently.
• Label and organize products for store distribution.
• Verify product counts and ensure packing accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist the production team with additional tasks as needed.
