Job summary

Nature's Bakery is seeking a 3rd shift Packer to support our production line on evenings. Base pay is $18.84 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential, and potential bonuses. The shift runs 9:30pm-6am, Monday-Friday, with overtime as needed.

Packers work with equipment on a fast-moving line, packaging food products and ensuring quality and conformance to specifications. This is a full-time role requiring ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a food-manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in cold and warm environments.
• Fast-paced production environment experience.
• Lift up to 40 lbs.
• Able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Add goods into mass flow containers and prepare for disbursement.
• Inspect materials for defects and specifications.
• Weigh or measure materials to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Identify and mark materials and samples per instructions.
• Record production data on specified forms.
• Operate and adjust machinery and feed materials.
• Load materials onto conveyors and into machines.
• Perform other duties in packing and feeder as required.
