Job summary

The Campbell's Company in Bloomfield, CT seeks a Maintenance Mechanic to keep our highly automated bakery operations running safely and efficiently. You will mentor junior mechanics, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

You\'ll diagnose PLC-controlled equipment, read schematics, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure GMP and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with PLC-controlled equipment.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair automated bakery production equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electromechanical issues.
• Respond to production line calls and perform preventive maintenance.
• Mentor Zone 2/3 mechanics and share knowledge.
• Follow safety, GMP, and food safety standards.
