Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for the night shift to keep highly automated bakery operations running safely and efficiently. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex machinery, mentor junior staff, and ensure uptime through preventive and corrective maintenance.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 8+ years in industrial maintenance or equivalent, and experience with PLC-controlled equipment and electrical/mechanical schematics.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Trade school diploma/certificate or associate degree in maintenance, industrial technology, mechanical, electrical, or related field.
• 8+ years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent.
• Experience troubleshooting automated production equipment and electromechanical systems.
• Experience working with PLC-controlled equipment and machine control systems.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical systems, piping, welding and fabrication.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot, repair, modify, and maintain automated bakery production equipment and facility systems.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electromechanical issues.
• Respond to production line calls and perform corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Execute preventive maintenance to maximize reliability and performance.
• Prioritize multiple maintenance assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Utilize maintenance inventory systems to locate and track parts.
• Mentor and support other technicians and maintenance staff.
