Job summary

Aspire Bakeries LLC in Los Angeles area is seeking a General Labor Production team member at our Van Nuys, CA bakery. You will support the final shaping, slicing, and handling of bakery products, ensuring quality while maintaining a safe, clean production environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort with a 3rd shift (10:00pm–6:30am) with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Clear written and spoken English communication required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Monitor processing steps to ensure products meet quality specs.
• Maintain proper product alignment and spacing in production flow.
• Uphold food safety, GMP, sanitation and safety standards.
• Identify and report equipment issues or deviations promptly.
• Complete production records and line checks accurately and on time.
• Support continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with operators and leads to meet daily targets.
