Job summary

Aspire Bakeries LLC in Van Nuys, CA is seeking a General Labor Production team member to support the final shaping, slicing, and handling of bakery products, ensuring quality specifications and a safe, clean production area.

Shift is 3rd, 10:00pm–6:30am, with an hourly rate of $19.95–$21.70. Must lift up to 50 lbs, read/write English, and contribute to continuous improvement and accurate production records.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform basic math in a production setting.
• Clear English communication and comprehension.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Support shaping, slicing, and handling of bakery products to meet specs.
• Maintain safe, clean, and efficient production environment.
• Report equipment issues, quality deviations, or faults promptly.
• Document production records accurately and on time.
• Assist with line checks and contribute to waste reduction.
• Collaborate with operators and leadership to meet targets.
